Tracy by JoomlArt (“Tracy”) is a service of JoomlArt. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your email address, to sign you in. If you join the whitelist, also your name and, if you choose, your website and a few answers about how you work.
- Your JoomlArt plan, which is not required to use the beta. We never see your JoomlArt password.
- Your sites: the files, content and database of the sites you build or import in Tracy.
- What you ask Tracy and the changes it makes, so you can review and undo them.
- Basic usage records, such as when you sign in or create a site, to keep Tracy running and improve it.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run Tracy for us: Amazon Web Services (hosting), Cloudflare (network and security), Resend (sign-in and notification emails), and an AI model provider, which receives your request and the parts of your site Tracy needs to work on. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, they know you did. We never sell your data.
Cookies
We only use the cookies that keep you signed in and remember the site you are working on. No advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
As long as your account is active. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes. When you delete a site, we delete its files.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your data at any time. Email support@joomlart.com from the address you use in Tracy.
Changes
If we change this page in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in Tracy first.
