Who gets Tracy for free?

What happens after the beta?

Can I try Tracy during the beta?
Yes. Sign in to Tracy and try it for free during the beta. If someone invites you to their site in Tracy, sign in with the email the invitation was sent to.
What happens to my site if I stop using Tracy?
If you stop using Tracy, your site is kept and can still be downloaded for 6 more months. A site Tracy builds is an ordinary WordPress, Joomla or EmDash install with its own admin panel, and your content sits in its database like any other site. Tracy is how you talk to it, not what holds it up.
Does importing a site touch the one my customers are on?
Your edits never do: Tracy copies the site and you work on the copy. Setup may install, activate or update a small connector on the original so it can read the site.
Do you keep my admin password?
No. If you choose to let Tracy sign in for you during an import, it signs in once to install Claude Cowork and does not keep the password. You can also install Claude Cowork yourself and paste its token instead, and never hand over a login at all.
How many sites can I use during the beta?
As many as you need to test the workflow. Agencies with many client sites are exactly the case Tracy was built for.
Can I invite my team?
Yes. Invite people onto a site and give them a role: Editor or Viewer. Roles decide what each person's agent is allowed to do, and a seat can be taken back at any time. Owners can promote people to Owner after they join.
Is there a desktop app?
Yes, for Mac, Windows and Linux. Tracy runs in the browser and as a desktop app, with the same account and the same sites. The Mac app is free and needs macOS 13 or later, on Apple Silicon or Intel: download it here.
Do you support Shopify?
Not yet. It is on the roadmap, and we will announce it when it works rather than put a date on it now. Today Tracy runs on WordPress, Joomla and EmDash, which all have an admin panel behind them.
